“The dining experience at Apollo Hotel was a highlight of my stay. Breakfast was served daily with a generous selection that included cereal, fruit, yogurt, pastries, a full cooked breakfast, and toast. The way it was served directly to the table, especially during the pandemic timeframe, made it feel personal and special.
